Texting Terms of Service and Privacy
Our clients may opt-in to receive text communications from Mutual Aid Agency through the Text Opt-in form on our website.
Upon submission of the form to our office, you agree that Mutual Aid Agency may send text messages in various formats and with various content, including but not limited to text messages about insurance policies, transactions initiated by you, or marketing the products and services offered by Mutual Aid Agency. If you do not wish to receive text messages from Mutual Aid Agency or do not agree to the Terms of Use, you should not submit the form.
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number submitted and will notify us immediately if you are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number. Additionally, you recognize that you are solely responsible for any message and data charges associated with text messages sent to and received from Mutual Aid Agency.
To opt out of receiving text messages from Mutual Aid Agency at any time, send a text with STOP to 800-255-1243, and you will be removed from our opt-in list. To receive future messages, you will need to resubmit the opt-in form.
