For Our Clients
We may not be right down the road, but we are never far away. Whether it be a phone call, an email, or a text, we are available to you. If you would like, we will even do a Zoom Meeting with you! Our clients are not an interruption of our work, but the REASON for our work.
Our entire team is comprised of licensed insurance agents. To obtain a license, we must complete a rigorous pre-licensing course and pass the required property and casualty licensing exam. Finally, we receive our license, but we are not done! Our agents must then complete 18 hours of continuing education every 2 years to remain up to date on coverage and ensure we continue to serve you well.

For Our Team
Being the best for our clients also means that we must be the best team possible. Our staff participates in various team building, activities, and collaborations throughout the year. We celebrate birthdays and holidays, attend training together, and spend time in staff meetings. We find that we are more by working together than on our own. Health and wellness are also important, so we spend money on those things, making sure that we are strong and have few sick days.
For Our Community and World
All of us want to make the world a better place, not only for ourselves, but for people everywhere and for future generations. Because of this, we:
- Participate in community service: We are regular blood donors, deliver Meals on Wheels, serve within our churches, and volunteer at food banks. Being able to serve beside our families and friends makes this even more meaningful.
- We are charitable givers! We support St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Animal Rescues, Compassion International, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Kicking the Stigma, local Christian radio, and our home churches.
- As an agency, we give locally and to Brethren organizations. We recycle and use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. And, we founded the Brethren Mutual Aid Share Fund, our own nonprofit outreach, by partnering with our insured ministries, MAA tithes to the Share Fund and, together, we support those facing crisis.
For Ourselves
Sometimes, life gets so busy with work and other activities that we forget to take care of ourselves. Our team strives to be our best selves by relaxing, enriching our lives and feeding our souls. Some of the ways we do this are by taking much needed vacation, going for peaceful walks with our dogs, riding around the countryside taking in God’s beauty with our spouses, or by reading a good book.
Enriching our lives and feeding our souls by attending church, helping others, serving at our Sunday services, daily devotions and spending time with family keeps our focus on what is truly important. Our jobs and our clients are important too, and for us being the best for them means keeping our spirits healthy and happy.
Serving our clients is our number one priority. We are here for our clients, we are united as a team, we are strong as individuals, and working to make our communities and world a better place.
